A fossil. I have no idea what it is. #fossil Found amongst mostly shell fossils. Notice the small barnacle shells growing on the fossil. You can see them in the zoomed in pic. Approx 7km from the current day beach. 1m underground. I haven’t taken it home for cleaning yet. I’m too excited to wait so I am posting now. Ruler is in inches. Photo 5 shows all the fossils we have found in the past couple of days. This large one is the one that has us intrigued
