Steps to Delete Your Account
To request the deletion of your myFOSSIL account, follow these steps:
- Compose a new email from the email address associated with your myFOSSIL account.
- Set the subject line to “Account Deletion Request – myFOSSIL”.
- In the body of the email, include the following information:
- The name of the app: myFOSSIL
- Your email address (associated with your account)
- Send the email to [email protected].
Our support team will process your request and delete your account within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Data Deletion and Retention
Upon receiving your account deletion request, we will delete the following types of data:
- Your account information, including your email address and personal details
- Any saved data within the app, such as preferences, settings, or app usage history
Please note that some types of data may be retained for a longer period due to legal, regulatory, or business requirements. Examples of data that may be retained include:
- Transaction history for billing or tax purposes
- Records of previous support interactions
