Żaneta Hulist has contributed specimen mFeM 104805 to myFOSSIL!
So online it looks like these rocks belong to the Central Clare Group and are 320-317 Ma (part of the Carboniferous). The fossil here is probably a solitary coral judging by the ridges and what appears to be a lack of valve. If there was a valve, it would be a brachiopod.
