Scute? I could be wrong
Croc/gator scute. At least where I usually collect the croc scutes have larger and deeper holes like this, and the turtles are smaller, more numerous and shallower.
Alligator, crocodile scutes lack the ridge
Alligatoroid as has been stated. If it was found in the Hell Creek Formation it is likely Brachychampsa or Leidyosuchus. @ryan-holen
