@lou-chamorro Looks like the endocarp of a fruit. Any idea of the source of the river rock?
Can not confirm location unfortunately. It’s very dense and has a heavy weight to size ratio and it’s shape is similar to an egg. Fun to look at… thanks for the info.
Meteorite?

It’s not magnetic. The weight of it reminds me of petrified wood . I bought a mini microscope and took some close ups. I’m going to attempt to include them with the post but just in case… it looks like the brownish recesses have tiny crystals
