It’s strangely shaped just like a real heart and has tubes threw it exactly the way arteries lay I think it’s a petrified heart of a small animal
I don’t think that is possible but it might be possible if a catastrophic event happened. 🤔

Some kind of a burrow in possibly a coprolite. The chances of soft tissue like a heart fossilizing without mummification of the remainder of the animal is next to impossible.
