Steven Gibson has contributed specimen mFeM 125583 to myFOSSIL!

    • Hey Steven! This is a wonderful specimen and would make a great addition to our research database. In order to be marked research grade, you’ll need to add a few things if you have the time. First, we’ll need photos from both sides of the tooth with scale bar. Next you’ll need to add a classification using the Taxon Wizard. This appears to be a tooth from Scapanorhynchus. Next, you should add the geochronology which is Cretaceous. The lithostratigraphy should be the Demopolis Chalk formation. Best, Mason

    • Looks like a broken sand tiger tooth.
