      Hello David! This is definitely a lovely echinoderm fossils, so you can put the phylum Echinodermata into the Taxon Wizard. You can use the app or website Rockd to figure out the age and the formation to put under geochronology and lithostratigraphy. If you put those in and a picture with a scale (ruler or coin) then I can mark this awesome find as research grade!
