Dear Members:

A couple of questions that I’m hoping a fellow brachiopodophile might be able to answer!

1. Does anyone know if the large cut on Rte. 27, south of Richmond, Indiana, is still worth visiting? Once upon a time it was a great site, but I haven’t been there in 15 years….

2. Might anyone have information about Waldron Shale exposures that are accessible to casual collecting, particularly around Vernon, IN?

3. Given that this summer I’m finally making it back to the IN/OH/KY area and my “origins” as a fossilphile, I’d be grateful for any tips on other sites that are worth a visit. My information is woefully out of date.
