I first read this book around 2009 and it is a poetic description of trilobites and the early evolution of arthropods. Beautiful! I did have a weird nightmare with fluorescent trilobites but that’s for another post… #fossil
Richard Fortey did a really nice interview on a podcast called Palaeocast if you’re interested in listening to it. I recommend the cast as it is but Fortey’s interview was very interesting.
