Awesome specimen, @acurrier! I’m marking it as research grade due to the high quality data associated with your fossil. This will ‘freeze’ the data but it more information can be added by ‘unfreezing’ it on the back end. This is because we will be sending data from the myFOSSIL eMuseum to iDigBio so that when someone searches for this species, your occurrence information also shows up and the interested user can find you through myFOSSIL if they want to discuss the specimen. If you later donate specimens from your collection to a physical museum, we can send along the data associated with your fossil so the staff has access to the underlying data (specifically the GUID- a unique identifier).
