4 years, 8 months ago4 years, 8 months agoColumbian Mammoth skeleton at the George C Page museum at La Brea. Note the wires supporting the skeleton from the ceiling (in case of earthquakes!). This is a first class operation and should not be missed if you go to LA.

The Page Museum is built like a doughnut with a hole in the middle. The hole has a very nice open air botanical garden that can be walked through or viewed from the roof area..
