Hi @theresa-mayer – Were you interested in filling in classification information? If this is a horn coral you can include Kingdom Animalia > Phylum Cnidaria > Class Anthozoa > Order Rugosa. Talk to you soon, Jen
I currently need to practice doing so I want to take a class that focuses on it. I’m not sure what it’s specific classifications are exactly, are those classifications what I should add to this one specificly
Hi, @theresa-mayer – no problem, it’s hard to understand. Classification, or taxonomy, is essentially a naming system to help people talk to one another about different organisms (plants, animals, microbes, you name it). It looks like you added them in just right! It’s essentially a ranking system so Kingdom is the largest and many things fit into it where as you get more specific as you head down the list.
