Small holes can be seen.Side view showing how it sits within its sedimentary throne.I found this while hiking at Balsam Lake, Ontario, Canada. Not sure what it is! There are tiny holes located on some edges, visible in some photos. The remainder appears as pearly white, and feels smooth. I have not made any attempt to clean the dirt off of it yet.
