Looks very similar to a cetacean vertebrae such as a small whale or dolphin.
Most of the surrounding strata of Savannah is of Pleistocene or Holocene age.

I agree with Matt
A small Dolphin, the epiphysis (end caps) are fused to the vert so it is an adult.
It’s definitely mammal, and Matthew is likely correct that it’s a cetacean. The growth plate is fused on, so it’s from an adult.
