Could you clarify what you mean by “puppy”

There’s a animal in it. It is got to be a fossil because it is a rock now and very heavy. I will put some more pic’s of it. I am learning about what is bone and what becomes a fossil. There are so many I am finding, all over my yard. I am trying to figure out what is in my yard. This is the Permian basin, I know at one time it was under the ocean, I first found shells n rocks that were smooth. But now with erosion, it’s bone, and it’s all over. Big pieces, little pieces. I will post other pics tell me what you think.
