The order would be Lamniformes. It is probably a great white (or even a megalodon) but as the root and chevron are missing I wouldn’t hazard a 100% call on that. It looks like a replacement tooth which is in superior condition (not counting the missing root which is consistent with a replacement tooth). The lack of shininess is due to a protein coating over the enamel. Upon loss of the tooth this usually flakes off and is seldom preserved. Other times it is scraped off by the finder as it looks dirty. Note many of the serrations are triangular and sharp vice rounded as in most fossil teeth. This would be their actual shape while the shark was alive and would literally be sharper than a scalpel.
