It’s fossil not bone so my guess is that it’s from the Mesozoic

Hmmm…not really. Unfortunately, there are very few identifiable features preserved. My best guess is that it’s a partial vertebra (I’m also less than convinced about that ID than I typically am), but it would be next to impossible to say who it came from. The bone texture looks mammal-y to me. I think that’s as far as we can get, unfortunately.
