Looks like a fossiliforous limestone; maybe a coral, but very badly decomposed.
Sorry but I don’t see a fossil specimen here. At one time perhaps, but the pits could be from eroded fossils or just from weathering or banging against another rock. To be a fossil it has to be able to be identified as something.
