Looks like rock
Yes but it has honeycomb patterning all over it
As well as, it has almost like gum slots in the top
The “honeycomb patterning” is not 100% evidence something is of organic origin, there are many types of rocks that show a similar patterning or even some types of weathering and alteration that can create similar results.
This doesn’t look like bone to me, especially any type of cranial bones

the lick test only tells you the material your salive is in contact with is porous, there are a vast array of mineral forms that also react the same way as a fossilized bone
you should investigate the sample further with more precise methodologies, this way you would be able to definitely tell what you have found
