It does look like some kind of bone and I’m doing some research around it
In my opinion and the most likely animal this fossil originated from is a pliosaur. I have also done the research on what has been found in the area.
Pliosaurs were marine reptiles closely related to plesiosaurs but had much shorter necks.
Not with that right angle. Doesn’t look like bone, the texture is wrong. Here is a skeleton of a pliosaur http://trieboldpaleontology.com/images/ManitobaPliosaurSkeleton.png If you are thinking about the processes coming off the vertebrae, they are thin and flattened, not thick and round. If I had to make a guess, I would say the cast of a burrow of some sort.
Thanks for the help
