Looks to me like a bear tooth. What type of environment was it found? To me seems recent due to coloration.
it’s either a rock or a carnivore tooth
It’s from England’s south coast
Somewhere in Hampshire called Brownwich cliff
It has a Pleistocene gravel bed in the top that eroded out Pleistocene age fossils
