How much would this be worth
It has some opalization
I’d say about $25-35
If it’s real
Oh ughhh I bought it for 80
It’s from Madagascar
Well the opalization looks nice, if you’re trying to sell it for a higher price I bet you could find a buyer
looks like an ammolite
it’s quite a brilliant and large specimen. in the country where l live, it could easily fetch up to R2000 or more. which is equal to around $100-and-something.
I don’t know…when I check eBay I see ammonites around $30-$70, and some that are hundreds and even a few thousand (though that might just be ridiculous pricing) it depends on size, color, detail, if it’s a mold or cast (casts are more expensive) and if it’s real. Yours is a decent size, a cast, with lots of color and detail. If it’s real, it could go up to $150 if you can find someone willing to pay that much, although others sell cheap fakes for about $15-$30
Did you know ammonites are not dead
@aiden-gore they’ve been extinct since the Cretaceous, what do you mean?
Sorry wrong animal the nautilus
