Learn about the latest dinosaur discoveries while supporting western Canadian dinosaur research at the Dinosaur Research Institute (DRI) gala dinner at 6:00 pm on Saturday November 3, 2018 at the Earl Grey Golf Club at 6540 – 20 Street SW, Calgary. The theme for the dinner is The New Golden Age of Dinosaur Exploration in Western Canada. Dr. Caleb Brown, Betsy Nicholls Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology will give the key note presentation. Also this year’s event will feature a 3 course gourmet dinner, and displays and presentations by Ph.D. and Master’s students from the University of Calgary and University of Alberta. A silent auction will allow guests to acquire incredible items including jewellery, event packages and Dinosaur art. Try your luck in the raffle draws.
All of the proceeds go to fund dinosaur research in western Canada (DRI’s mission). The DRI was registered as a charity in 1997.
