Dinotour 2018- Dinosaur Research Institute (Alberta, Canada)

Leading Alberta paleotonlogists will take you on a once-in-a-lifetime voyage through time at active dinosaur excavation sites and museums in southern Alberta. All profits from this tour are used to fund western Canadian dinosaur research.

During this four-day family-oriented event you will:
Ø Learn about the dinosaurs of Alberta
Ø Explore several dinosaur quarries in Manyberries, Dinosaur Provincial Park and along the Oldman River
Ø Hike and tour various sites in Dinosaur Provincial Park and Drumheller areas
Ø Tour the Royal Tyrrell Museum and the Field Station at Dinosaur Park
Ø Tour the Devil’s Coulee Dinosaur Heritage Museum and dinosaur egg site
Ø See how Alberta’s gemstone Ammolite (fossilized ammonite shell) is excavated
Tour includes:
Ø Guided tour including bus transportation to and from Calgary
