“She’s A Scientist” – A Girl Scout Exploration (FLMNH, Gainesville, FL)

Calling all Girl Scouts! Join the Museum and celebrate the Girl Scouts of Gateway Council’s “She’s A Scientist” annual program. Experience hands-on activities and experiments while meeting local scientists. The program fee is $5 per Scout, which includes a patch created specifically for this event.

This program is for Brownies and Junior Girl Scouts. One adult chaperone per 10 Scouts may participate for free, and additional chaperones are $5.

NOTE! Female paleontologists from the FOSSIL Project will help Girl Scouts learn about the field of paleontology and complete 3 activities toward earning the ‘Rocks Rock’ Girl Scout badge.
