Can we say what these figures are?

Hello,

Using google earth, I came cross a region (coordinates 23°38’28″N1°10’35″E). This is in Algeria, Africa. I like very much to know what the figures are. Natural formations of hills, …, or they are showing fossil related remains?

Natural formation from water erosion. Very unlikely you will be able to see fossil remains from Google Earth images.
