Plant or bone?

Hello to all.

Recently i went to the cliffs from the Jurassic in the North of Spain and found this stone with fossil inside. There is an small brachiopod but i have doubts about the link black fossil. Im not sure what it is. I’m doubting aboug a piece of a plant or a bone of somekind of animal. In the zone usually can be found brachiopods and Belemites, but in the same formation in a very near cliff there are also found Ictiosaurus skeletons. What do you think?
