I think it’s some kind of dinosaur claw

That is possible. Ive seen only one or two images that could match. Most claws look sharper, more curved and flattened.

I have found a lot of these and I can’t figure out what they are either. Definitely organic, some have striations like a shark’s tooth – but obviously they’re shaped very differently. Following!

There are some pretty gastropods in there and the rest are probably casts of Turritella spirals. Check your other photo. Mr. Hintermeister has made identification for you.
