Hi @aaron-belle these sort of look modern. Unless a fossil is an index fossil, you can’t tell the age by looking at it. You have to know where you picked it up and cross-reference it with a geological map. Generally speaking though, modern bone will be light in color and weight.

Thank you, I found them at the Gulf of Mexico, beside a palm tree… There is no fresh water source around there for many miles… Thanks for responding!!
