@aiden-gore-3 the lines on mammoth ivory (Schreger lines) are only visible on larger pieces than these, so unfortunately if this is mammoth ivory it is not possible to verify. I will say it does not look the same color or texture as other pieces I’ve seen.

@aiden-gore-3 I am unsure of what it is given its small size and lack of identifiable features. Could be anything from a piece of plastic to charcoal to piece of cortical bone!

And it don’t look like it’s cortical bone because I have some pieces of it fossils of course
