It looks like an inoceramus (not sure) and where did you find It ? At the Cap Blanc Nez, France, some of the fossil shells looks like this and I think it’s the inoceramus specie

I want to make a suggestion that you compare your specimen to images if radii or ulnae. It is a bit eroded but I believe with more knowledge you may find out a bit more.
