I understand process of identification and know important characteristics when determining a minerals, animal or vegetable.. I expect a professional debate if your perception is different, because although experience and knowledge is prevalent, I have Been studying minerals properties for 4 sold years. There is no substitute for hands on identifying. Some things you need all 5 senses for. A real professional paleontologist or real scientist of any kind would be the first to tell you.
