5 years ago5 years agolove this stone, I used to live in Michigan and went and picked them up all the time. It’s really touristy now though if you don’t get there early in the season.

After a couple google searches,I think it might be a Bear,just look up Florida black bear and there is a resemblance,possibly it was a claw of a bear that died near a river and was washed away in a rainy season.

Cool claw! I think somebody had something similar a while back and it turned out to be a crab claw. Maybe that’s what this is?

The bumps along the inner curve and size make me think it’s crab as well. I doubt it would be mammal because they would look more like a folded nail (in other words, not a conical surface like we see here).
