This looks like a crinoid. If it’s not, it’s quite a convincing pseudo-fossil.

It’s kinda difficult to tell from the pic, but if it’s flat rather than cylindrical, it could be ray teeth.
This piece is cylindrical but the other piece I posted that is similar is more flat
