Hi, @corinne-daycross – I think we can minimally add in Kingdom Animalia > Phylum Chordata > Class Chondrichthyes > Order Myliobatiformes but will tag in @vperez and @fauve-wilson as the local experts.
The formation should be Coosawhatchie, group is Hawthorn and the age is Phanerozoic > Cenozoic > Neogene > Miocene [correct me if I’m mistaken!]

Everything you said was entirely correct @jbauer ! It kind of looks like a fragment of Aetobatus (the spotted eagle ray), but I can’t confirm it from this photo, so the most appropriate ID is the Order Myliobatiformes.
