Could it be pathological?

Well it is definitely bone. I can’t say with certainty what it is though. Possibly turtle but that’s really just a guess.
I agree with Victor. it’s hard to tell, but i’m not convinced it’s turtle only because i don’t see any sutures or sulchi on either side. The texture of the bone in the first image makes me think this is some type of mammal, perhaps part of the hip or scapula based on the shape and size.
Well, at least for now, @Dan-Burk, we can set the taxonomy to say Kingdom -> Animalia, Phylum -> Chordata
