      Phylum is Chordata, Genus is Physogaleus (not Galeocerdo), Author is (Gibbes), Epoch is Miocene (not Pliocene), Formation is Pungo River

      I just updated with the info. I will try to hunt down the tooth to take another pic if I can find it in the pile of boxes I have. I have not used myFossil since my introduction to it at a GSA workshop ages ago! But I may try to get back into it. Thanks for the info, I am not a shark person and this tooth came with the grab bag of examples the workshop organizers provided.
