I looked at the sharp county geology, it’s mostly limestone and Ordovician in age, but this doesn’t look like any animal particular. Maybe a concretion, a weird bryozoan, or a Carboniferous plant part, but those are all just guesses

I would guess this is some sort of sponge but I’m not an expert on the matter. The location you found it in is early ordovician in age.

I think that it could be a type of snail/ amonite.

My best guess is fossilized worm tubes, but keep in mind it’s a guess. Also don’t worry about asking me about fossils, that’s what this app is for

Cross section of a turritella Gastropod, great find!

This fossil is many tens of millions of years older than the oldest turritellid, so its some other form of high-spired gastropod! @fields-falcone if you coul post some pictures from some other angles I can mark this research grade!
