Hi Sadie @sadie-mills – I looked at the last webinar the other day because I was out of town the day it aired, boy it is great to see and hear what other collectors are finding. I have seen all of the webinars so far and they keep getting better each time. Keep up the great work! I enjoy the part were the collectors can get in on the show and tell us in their words what and were they found the fossils. Take Care, George

Hi Kimberly @kimberly-huber – Will you show a photo of the other side and an end shot of this? That might help us out some, and make the photos a little bigger if you can. THANKS! George

Hi Eleanor No I have not been to Belgrade in years, but I did get out on the last day of 2016 to fossil hunt on the Tar River a few miles NW of Tarboro, NC with a friend and we both found a lot of shells what a way to end the year by collecting fossils. The other day I added up my Volunteer time for 2016 and I did 130 hours of Volunteering for  or at the Aurora Fossil Museum and 41 hours more at my home fossil collection with the folks that come by to see my collection and also bring fossils by to get ID’s on them. I have 4 more days set up already for the next two weeks to Vol. for the Museum. George

Hi Eleanor sorry for the delay in getting  to this. I hope that the attached file (Date.doc) will help out, after collecting the fossil and cleaning them I then but the info that is in this file on all of the fossil and also have the site listed in a catalog with all of the info about site location and its #. If you need more info on the way I do this you can call me at 252-756-8039 or e-mail me at [email protected]. I have around 15,000 fossils that I have collected and yes the info is on them all. This is just one of the many ways to curate & catalog and it works for me.George
