You got a piece of what looks like fossiliferous limestone. The large corkscrew is an Archimedes. And you have ton of other bryozoa fragments too.
The small donut shaped impressions are external molds of crinoid mounts.
So, I would say you have a piece of fossiliferous limestone composed of crinoid mounts, bryozoans, and the bryozoa Archimedes.
I’d assume this is from a Carboniferous strata too.
