Does anyone know what kind of crocodilian species this tooth has come from. Found it at Lee On The Solent nearly two weeks ago. It’s from the partly submerged layer of bracklesham beds in Southern England. The outcrop I go to ranges back to the lutitian age of the Eocene epoch. I mostly find shark teeth, ray dental plates, occasionally turtle shell and fish remains. But, this is my first reptile and crocodilian tooth 🙂
