It looks like a deformed concretion sphere at most. So if you crack it open there could be fossilized shells or something else inside. Footprints form primarily in sandstone and infrequently in finer sedimentary deposits like siltstone and shale. This also can’t be a dinosaur footprint if you found it in an area dated to the Pleistocene.

I really don’t know much about paleobotany, but are you sure these columns exuding from this crude petrified wood imprint are not the roots of a lycophyte tree(stigmaria?)? It matches several other fossils and it’d match the environment of the time period.

It could be a fluvial structure or branches as I’ve found these structures exuding from the sides of what looks to be petrified wood.

I have found a pocket of significant vegetation deposition and will link you to it as I post them. The vegetation appears to be semi-petrified wood, branches, and leaves. Sorry I haven’t provided all of the samples yet, I’m posting these basically as I find them but I will have several more on tonight. @mackenzie-smith

@mackenzie-smith here’s a leaf and what looks like branches from the same stone exposure. Could you maybe help me with the classification?
