NOT a tooth. Sea Cow Rib, I have collected a dozen or so and seen hundreds. Very, very common in Florida. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO DINOSAURS FOUND IN FLORIDA. Dinosaurs did most likely live in Florida however no dinosaur fossil have been found in the state as of yet.

NO!!!!!! Florida was underwater from the Middle Jurassic until the Miocene. Prior to that, the area that was where Florida eventually would be, broke off from what would later become North America.
