1 year ago1 year agoWow, Mason, that is phenomenal. I am totally blown away when finding these fossils. Just from the shore line of my local beach in England. Our coast formed part of Doggerland. A few years ago a mammoth tooth was found. Thank you so much . Regards,Joanne

1 year ago1 year agoHi Tom, does it look fossilised as sharks teeth a normally white, we do get a lot on our coast. But I’ve never seen one this colour and it is as hard as stone . Thanks Joanne

From this angle I think that is a Shark tooth

Hi Tom, does it look fossilised as sharks teeth a normally white, we do get a lot on our coast. But I’ve never seen one this colour and it is as hard as stone . Thanks Joanne

Looks like a cayenne tooth or a shark tooth. Good eye either way!

Maybe that’s a Talon from a hawk or another bird of prey.

@joanne-banks this is the crown from Otodus obliquus, a type of shark ancestral to C. megalodon (the largest shark to ever live).

1 year ago1 year agoI found this last year , just laying in surface of the sand by waters edge. Where I live was connected to Iceland the area was known as Doggerland. Is it a claw or tooth ?
