See above 🙂
July 29, 2019 at 12:34 pm #58038Joyce DrakefordParticipantI would love to coordinate. I know Cam Muskelly is interested in recruiting for articles and writing himself. If I can get some wordpress education (I’ve only used Constant Contact for content layout.) I would be more than happy to assist with that. I, however, am not much in the editing dept I’m afraid.
July 26, 2019 at 12:34 pm #57904Joyce DrakefordParticipantAbsolutely!
June 20, 2017 at 10:07 pm #24024Joyce DrakefordParticipantThanks @rboessenecker! Definitely the close ups of the attached photo look very similar. What threw me was the flattened or pinched appearance. And it’s so small in circumference I never would’ve thought whale! 🙂
June 18, 2017 at 7:07 pm #23969Joyce DrakefordParticipantThese are definitely shell fragments.
June 18, 2017 at 7:02 pm #23968Joyce DrakefordParticipantHoping to bump this back up since I didn’t hear anything about it. Thanks!
March 30, 2017 at 2:14 pm #21136Joyce DrakefordParticipantIt’s hard to pick one. I’ve made friends and contacts I hope to have the rest of my life. That was my first time in Florida so I thought it was amazing! And getting to meet Gordon Hubbell and seeing his collection was something I got to check off my bucket list! It changed the way I look at what I love to do. Instead of just collecting fossils I get to have a more scientific objective.

Thank you! Â Fantastic webinar!
October 11, 2016 at 1:57 pm #13596Joyce DrakefordParticipantI am not a professional paleo but have faced discrimination as a woman in collecting. Being treated as unequal or not as knowledgeable. I’ve had to fight, and still fight, to be taken seriously. I can’t even imagine what you ladies go through in a professional environment. I support you all!
September 8, 2016 at 5:04 pm #11325Joyce DrakefordParticipantWow! Great cast!!
August 31, 2016 at 11:30 pm #11217Joyce DrakefordParticipantSo….. What’s the answer? 🙂
August 31, 2016 at 6:42 pm #11207Joyce DrakefordParticipant<p style=”text-align: left;”>Â I chose the left primarily because Belgrade mineralized fossils tend to have some bluish coloration. And details like the hole and grainy appearance.</p>
August 31, 2016 at 1:11 pm #11198Joyce DrakefordParticipantLeft
August 22, 2016 at 4:19 pm #10428Joyce DrakefordParticipantI definitely will be! I am thrilled @egardner asked me to write an article for the newsletter! 🙂
August 19, 2016 at 9:31 pm #9663Joyce DrakefordParticipant2. What made you start your website fossilguy.com?
August 19, 2016 at 9:20 pm #9662Joyce DrakefordParticipantI’m not sure where our questions for Jayson will go so I will start here…
1. How to you think the internet and social media have effected currentfossil collecting and the fossil world (positive and negative aspect)?
July 13, 2016 at 4:56 pm #6665Joyce DrakefordParticipant😉
July 13, 2016 at 4:28 pm #6663Joyce DrakefordParticipantcarcharhinus sp., ray teeth/partial plates and I can’t tell what the curved piece on the left is. Another pic. 🙂
