Unfortunately @Julius-Mosley, it does look a bit like sticks in some clayey/muddy matrix but I urge you to post the cleaned product.

Hi, sorry to tell you this but it looks like sticks stuck in cement or mud. I can’t really say if it’s even fossil since heavy rains in dry areas can quickly burry things on a short, modern time scale.
