Would like to see the other side. From what I see so far, it looks like turtle shell, could be alligator but from the side I see there is no indication of that. Looks like it could be a tortoise spur

It’s not a tortoise spur. It may be a process off of a vertebra but I can’t really say much with certainty on this one.
