Fossilized coral 🦕 nice find
To be honest, it looks like a filter that whales used to filter food from water.
This is actually older than the dinosaurs! It is a fenestellid bryozoan, a type of colonial marine organism common in Paleozoic-aged rocks. If you can take more pictures at better angles with a scale (coin or ruler) and enter a location thats more specific (nearest town for example) I can help you get this post to research grade!
