Does the broken end have a radial pattern (spokes on wheel)? If so, could be a coral and if not it could be a cephalopod.

That line pattern is called radial and is typical of corals.

This looks like part of an ammonite, @Lion-Petri. Do you know where it was found? That will help with the identification. Also, adding a photo with a scale of some sort would also be useful!
